Social Club loses state funding, forges ahead
Gloucester -It could have been different. After having just lost all state funding, The Social Club members could have conducted their last official meeting in a somber mood. Instead, cake passed around the table with old pictures of days gone by. People looked forward to an upcoming holiday party and discussed plans for future events, state funding or not.
